15-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable).
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
  • Clearance, sale, or discounted items (unless received damaged or defective).
  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Products returned without prior approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.

Once verified, we'll provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Shipping charges paid during checkout are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact our customer support team.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return process.
